To hot to cook this holiday weekend! I put boneless pork chops in the crock pot and let them cook away! They were partially frozen and were done to perfection, on high, in 4 hrs. Husband says they were done earlier but we didn't check...so check earlier so he won't tell me..."I told you so!" He also says they could have been cooked on low. ~smiles~ You decide and let me know. ~bigger smile~
Crock Pot Pork Chops
8 boneless pork chops
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup cola
1/2 cup ketchup
1 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic, I used garlic in a jar
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Mix brown sugar, cola, ketchup, garlic and ground pepper. I didn't find salt lacking in them but add a little if you want to.
I had to layer the pork chops. Four then spoon sauce over.
Last four and put remaining sauce on top.
Cook on ...... for 4 hours.
Serve with rice. Yum!

Sounds yummy. Am getting more and more ready to drag out my crockpot and start using it more.
