Apple, Jalapeno and Cheese Bites

1 frozen dough loaf or rolls
sliced jalapenos, cut into or diced
diced apples
sliced cheese..I used My Boys String Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease mini muffin pan

Thaw dough.
Grease hands.
Pull into silver dollar size pieces.
Add a litte bit of apples, cheese and jalapeno.

Fold dough around making certain it covers everything with no holes.
Place in muffin pan.
Let rise for a few minutes.  I put the pan in oven a just a few minutes after I finished the last one.
Cook at 350 degrees for 6 minutes...turn.  Cook another 5 minutes or until firm on top and browning.  Do not over cook.
As always, my oven is different than yours.  Please adjust time as needed.

This was made with shredded cheddar and a slice of jalapeno pepper.
Enjoy!  <3 and Hugs!
