Apple Pie Bread

I'm always looking for something Yummy and Easy  to cook for My Boys!  I am finding frozen dough to be my friend!  Stuff anything in it and it is bound to be good!

Last night I took out two loaves, cooked one and put the other in the refrigerator.  Got up this morning and remembered the apples my step daughter, Carla, had given us.  MMMM... Apple Pie in loaf of yeast bread!  Oh My Stars...It is GOOD!  Hope you like it!

Apple Pie Bread

1 loaf of frozen dough
1/2 brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 apple, grated

Thaw bread.  If you are going to be fixing bread in the morning,  put it on a greased pan or plate.  Spray top with Pam, cover with plastic wrap and keep in refrigerator overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Flatten bread to make a square or rectangle.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle on top of bread.
Add grated apple.
Roll up as tight as you can..trying to keep the ends pinched as you go.
Pinch together the bread when finished rolling...making certain there are no holes.
Put in greased loaf pan and let rise.
Cook in preheated 350 degrees oven for 10 minutes, turn and cook another 5-10 minutes.
As Always...My oven cooks different than yours so adjust cooking time accordingly.  Always checking at the earliest time.
