Oven Baked Fall Off The Bone Baked Spare Ribs

We LOVE Spare Ribs!!!  They are super easy to make in the oven and fall off the bone delicious!  I found spice grinders on sale and love using them.  A couple of different blends work together to make perfect ribs on your plate!  Hope you'll make some soon.  Your family will thank you!

Spare Ribs

1 slab of ribs
McCormick Lemon and Pepper Grinder
McCormick Sea Salt and Garlic Grinder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Rinse ribs.  Cut away the membrane that is on the bottom side of the ribs.  

Grind the spice mixes on bottom just to cover the meat.   Turn over and grind the spices on the top, again covering the meat.
Any blends can be used.  Your choice.  Your new favorite! 

I like to cook my ribs in an oval covered roasting pan.  That is how my Precious Mama would always cook hers.  They were the best ever!  The meat would fall off the bone when you went to pick up a piece and the bones would be so soft you could eat them.  ~smiles~

Place in a preheated 350 degree oven and cook for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.  Check after one hour, then again in another 10-15 minutes cooking longer if needed.  Internal temperature should be 160 degrees.
New guidelines have an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
