I wanted to make these two special boys something +LEGO for their birthday celebration.
There are several recipes on the internet. I was looking for a sweet tart recipe but never found one. I found a recipe for gummy candy on Instructables.com. and changed it a little. The cute molds were found on Amazon. One Lego men and the other is large bricks..duplos. I ended up cutting some of the bricks in pieces to make different sizes. It was so fun! All the children in their classes loved them. One little boy wanted to know where to get them. When I told him I made them, he said "he sure wish he mama would make him some." ~smile~ Do you remember the original Gummy Bears? Little bears with delicious sweet flavors that are chewy and so good? These are like them. I think you could add a little more water if you wanted them to be softer and not so chewy. Enjoy!
