I cooked on my ceramic stovetop, in the oven and on the grill with wonderful results. I have used my skillet to start a simple Tomato Soup, make Roasted Rosemary Turnip Roots, fry bacon and eggs on the grill on a crisp Sunday morning, make tortilla pizzas for three hungry boys on a fun family Friday night.  I've roasted quite a few Rosemary Garlic Butter Roast Chickens, baked Sweet and Savory Focaccia,  stir fried Ratatouille, roasted a crop of vegetables, made Shrimp Scampi for a Saturday night and the list is unending.  It's perfect for any dish you have in mind.
