Moist Banana Bread

Grab those ripe bananas on your counter and turn them into Moist Banana Bread!  It's easy to make and so unbelievably moist!

And yes, I used mayonnaise again!  I can't help myself.  As much as I dislike eating it uncooked, I like that much, and more, to use in baking!

Moist Banana Bread
ingredients

2 cups King Arthur Flour
1 cup sugar
1 - 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
2 large ripe bananas, mashed

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Grease 9x5 loaf pan.  In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.  Stir in mayonnaise and milk until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in bananas.  Pour into greased loaf pan.  Cook in preheated oven 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.  Leave in pan 10 minutes.  Remove from pan to cooling rack.  Enjoy!
