Spicy Creamed Corn

All three of  my boys love corn.  Two of the three loving spicy food.  This combination of sweet corn, cream cheese and Ro*Tel is perfect way to please.

Cook corn according to directions on bag.  Draining water after it is cooked.

 Add margarine, cream cheese, tomatoes and green chilies and spices.

Cook until cheese mixture has reduced.

Spicy Creamed Corn

19 oz bag (4 cups) frozen sweet corn
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup margarine
10 oz. can RoTel..diced tomatoes and chilies
1/4 teaspoon dried onions
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano


Cook sweet corn according to directions on bag.  Drain.  Return to pot.  Add cream cheese, margarine, RoTel, dried onions and oregano.  Cook until sauce has thickened.  Enjoy!
