We had a super time today making these easy and fun desserts.
Patriotic Slice
1 tube of cresent rolls
1 cup of blueberries
1 cup of strawberries, sliced
1/4 confectioner's sugar
2 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup of sugar, if blueberries are not sweetened
Heat oven 350 degrees
Unroll cresent rolls and place on cookie sheet in individual slices. Cook 4-6 minutes. Keep a close eye on them.
Whip confectioner's sugar and cream cheese in a small bowl.
Toss blueberries with sugar.
Slice strawberries.
Spread cream cheese and confectioner's sugar on cresent triangles. Top with strawberry slices. Squirt Reddi Whip Stars on top of strawberries. Top with blueberries.
