Garlic Italian Peperoncini Pork

This is our absolute favorite way to cook pork.  I’ve cooked this in the crock pot, and it is great that way, but Love it cooked in the oven, even more.   Pork butt and country ribs alike are fantastic cooked this way!   We buy pork on sale, or a bigger piece, and have it cut so we can eat now and save for later.  This is perfect for pulled pork or as a meat for your meal.  

Ted's Pulled Pork Cooked in the Crock Pot

My husband cooked a pork butt in the crock pot the other day while I was at school with the My Little Ones.  ~love~  It was soooo Delicious!  Pulled apart with a fork and we had the BEST pulled pork sandwiches.  Unfortunately, there were no pictures of the actual sandwiches.  It was all eaten before I could find my camera.  The Boys were taking pictures again.  ~smile~
