This is my version of:
YooHoo Ice Cream
2 6.5 oz boxes of YooHoo
1/2 cup of Condensed Milk
Mix YooHoo and Condensed Milk with mixer, whisk or throw in a blender.
I put this in a glass bowl and put inside larger container with salt and kosher salt. The boys had fun twirling the bowl around for awhile. Then they got tired and I put it in the freezer. :) You can put this in a rectangular container and do the same in a lesser amount of time.
When it gets partically frozen, take out and whisk. Do this two to three more times then keep in freezer until completely frozen to a soft serve stage. You can keep it in longer for a harder ice cream. We couldn't wait. :D
