Fresh Asiago and Pepperoni Beer Bread

We had this Fresh Asiago and Mini Pepperoni Bread for pizza night last week.  It was amazing using Authentic Fresh Asiago Cheese PDO, I received in a sample from a Asiago Cheese Consortium.

Cheesy Pepperoni Bubble Loaf

Who doesn't love soft, warm bread out of the oven?  Especially when it has bits of pepperoni and cheese here, there, over, under and in-between each pillowy bite of bread?!   I know we do!  I made this Sunday evening to munch on while we watched a movie.  Had I know the boys would devour this in record time, I would have made more! Easy to put together.  Delicious to eat!  Let's make it!

Italian Pepperoni Pasta

One of my twins loves pasta!  He could eat it all day , each and every day.  Now that I think about it, I think he does have it at once a day.  This is perfect for the summer as it doesn’t need to be refrigerated.  I’ll be making this one  a lot.

Pepperoni Cheese Pull Apart Bread

Do you want something fun and delicious to snack on?  Bread, pepperoni, cheese and a hint of garlic perhaps?  Well, here it is!  Just for you!!!
It was rainy Sunday morning and after baking a loaf Whole Wheat Banana Bread,  I took out a loaf of frozen bread.  Not having anything particular in mind…I kept thinking about the possibilities there were given with a loaf of unbaked dough.   Looking in the refrigerator made it easy to decide…a half a stick of pepperoni and low fat cheddar cheese.  Pepperoni Cheese Pulls (as my oldest calls them) .. oh, yeah!

Twice Baked Potatoes

Wanting potatoes and not fried or cut in strips...we decided to bake some in the oven.  And then, bake them in the oven....Again!  Kids loved that idea!

Involve your small ones as you while in the kitchen.  There are so many things they can do!  They feel a sense of accomplishment and pride once they see what was created with their help!  I'm always Thanking My Boys for the food they have prepared and cooked.  "Look what you made!"  always brings smiles on their faces and in their hearts.  Big Hugs, too!  <3

6 small to medium idaho potatoes
spray oil or enough oil to rub the skins
kosher salt for the skins

1/2  to 3/4 cup ranch dressing
1/2 to 3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons minced onion
1/8 to 1/4 minced red pepper
1/4 minced pepperoni (squeeze with toweling to remove oils)
1/8 to 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, kids can measure...they love to! <3
1/4 ground pepper
1/8 to 1/4 salt
2-3 string cheese sticks, have your children pull the cheese apart. <3
your favorite toppings!

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Scrub potatoes and pat dry.
Spray, or rub, with oil to lightly coat.  Messy fun for your little ones!  <3
Sprinkle with kosher salt.
Put on cookie sheet
Bake for 40-50 minutes.  As oven cooks different than yours.  Adjust time accordingly.  :D

Once done..remove from pan.
Let cool and slice in half lengthwise
Scoop out inside of potatoes, leaving a little on sides and bottom.
I ended up with 2 1/2 cups potatoes from 6 small-medium potatoes.

Add milk and ranch dressing to scooped potatoes...starting with least amount.
Mash with potato masher....Children love this part too!  <3
Add other ingredients.  If to thick..add more milk.  If too thin..add a little more parmesan cheese.  My Boys like theirs a little thinner as they already have the thick potato texture from the boat.

Put mixture back in scooped potatoes.  Bake in preheat oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.  Again...check early and keep watching!

Top with cheese once out of the oven.

Pizza Slices

Time for more fun!  Today, for lunch, we made Pizza Slices.  My Boys have such a great time making these delicious and fun pizza slices.  We hope you do too!  ~hugs~

Pizza Slices

1 tube Cresent Rolls
Pizza or Spaghetti Sauce
4 String Cheese
Toppings of your choice

My oven cooks at a high temperature.  The cresent roll tube said to preheat to 375 degrees...I am cooking at 325 degrees.   You know your oven...set it just like you would when cooking these without the fun on top.  :D

Unroll and arrange wedges on two cookie sheets.   I lined mine with parchment paper, you don't have to.
Now, the fun begins!  My Boys put the spaghetti sauce on top of the wedges, over and beyond.  ~smiles~  They then pull apart the string cheese.  You can use already grated cheese but this adds more hands on fun.
Put the cheese on and you choice of toppings.
I cooked mine for half the time stated.  Then turned the broiler on low just to heat up the cheese more for, 30 seconds to 1 minute keeping a watch on the slices with the door open.
Please note, the cheese will not melt like grated cheese.

For dessert you may want to buy another tube of cresent rolls and make these also,  Red, White and Blueberries

My Boys were so proud of the pizza slices they made.  <3

Things got a little messy.  ~smiles~

Getting toppings to add.

Adding black olives...what was left of them that is.  ~big grin~

The Twins creations right before going in the oven.  <3
