My oldest loves cauliflower. I've roasted it whole and in pieces, steamed, boiled, made it Alfredo and into soup. Any way I make it, he will eat it. Last night it was Cauliflower Soup for us...what is your favorite way to eat cauliflower?

We are trying to cut back with our sugar intake. Since I like to make Homemade Brown Sugar, I thought I would give it a try with Splenda. While this works great, it needs to be made and used as needed, per recipe.

For those special times at breakfast or brunch.....whether holidays, birthdays or weekends, I like to make this Overnight French Toast Casserole. Made the night before...it is delicious, simple and just plain ole fantastic! Topped with pecans (Apple Cider Spiced Pecans would be amazing!), it is definitely a keeper!
